- How do you look at a folder's properties?
- Change the selected printer from an installed list?
- Explain the difference between a "system tray" and a "taskbar"?
Module 3: Wordprocessing
- Are you able to use hanging indents?
- Would you know how to add graphics to your document?
- Can you Copy and Paste in the same document? Between documents?
- Do you know how to mailmerge?
- How do you word-process in a language other than English?
Module 4: Spreadsheets
- Are you competent using formulae in spreadsheets?
- Do you know how to insert columns and rows?
- Can you produce charts from your data?
- Can you use formulae that span different sheets? And books?
- Can you use: split / freeze panes, cell / sheet / book protection?
Module 5: Databases
