Firstly there are also the practical skills that every body can acquire through his day to day life , and personal experiment so that he becomes mature, able to face the stressful conditions skillfuly , has a problem solving capability , tolerats uncomfortable situations he will be subjected to , through out his daily life .to be reliable , responsible , co-operative , flexible , teamplayer all of this skills we acquire through  our daily life we can not accept them through an academic book , in spite of this skills which give us our merits and personality and attitude which characterise each one from the second .

Furthermore , also we should pay attention to different hobbies like sports , reading , play music , theatre , painting and all other hobbies are so immportant and play a role in our personallity , our health and our behavior and mood Some time we see parents prevent their child from his hoby  . to be dedicated only for his study , which is in my opinion a very bad and abnormal behavior where a  hoby for the child , is not of less importance than his lessons in the classroom , it will makes him more mature , skillful , co-operative  . from all points of view hobbies have advantages and have no disadvantages except that parents may pay money for their child to practice his prefered hoby .

collectively person who is well educated , accepted different skills , and hobbies in most cases has an adequate and balanced personality which help him in his future  , and his profissional life . employers actually search for some employee has all this skills to be their first choice .
