Sometimes plurals are the easiest answer. You could write

• Having a teacher give moral guidance will help the student to learn right from wrong and to become a productive member of society.

OR

• Having teachers give moral guidance will help students to learn right from wrong and to become productive members of society.

Both are fine. Using plurals means you don't have to worry about articles!

Overall, just simplify your vocabulary and don't try to use complicated phrases. Just say what you want to say. You have some very good sentences, but some that are a little puzzling. Just try to make each sentence as clear to the reader as possible. This usually means short and simple. 

Traditionally, the task of teachers was to use a variety of methods and materials to import some prepared subjects to students. It has been refuted by some people who believe that teaches should convey moral values to students. In my opinion, teachers should be responsible for correcting students’ behavior.

Ethics in plain words means studying and analyzing right from wrong. In fact, students should be aware of right things to do. Without being aware of the distinction between virtues and evils, acceptable and accusable behavior, young generation might become delinquents and criminals, rather than a productive member of society. There is a close link between the modification of young people’s behavior and disruptive behavior in societies. Furthermore, ethical principles are associated with the order of a society and quality of life. It is likely to see that young adults who are unaware of standard of morality will end up with breaching their duties even law. Nor they can become happy, successful and productive. A good example to support this is that many recent business frauds, bribery, embezzlement and other illegitimate activities have been found among some well-educated individuals but unethical people. Needless to say, this may cause extremely damage to enterprises and communities.

In conclusion, teachers should play a more active role in the moral development of students, instead of simply importing some knowledge to students. They should pass on moral values and ethical principles to young adults to ensure that their students will be prepared to become productive individuals.
