Is the euthanasia of animals in shelters cruel, and inhumane?

If they are serious ill and can't be healed and they feel so painful, I think the euthanasia is a good way to reduce the pain of animals.

 

But if not, or just on the purpose of reducing the spending of shelters, it is absolutely inhumane, in my view.

every creature has the right to live. As long as it doesn't endanger human's lives, we should not kill it for random.
