I have been the regular bus user of Bus number 3 which route is from Domodedovo to Smolenskaya since moving to this district two years ago.
Unfortunately, there have been problems which cause inconveniences to all passengers. First of all, there have been very unreliable since September. For example, according the the schedule bus must arrive at 10.00 a.m exactly but the bus arrives or ten minutes later or earlier. Secondly, even if there have been a change in the schedule then all passengers using this route must be informed in advance. Thirdly, I would like to pay your attention to the fact that passenger compartment of the bus is filthy to such a degree that touching i felt a little squeamish.
As a customer of your bus service I would like you to tackle the above problem in the nearest future and in advance inform passengers about possible changes in the schedule.
